But wait, there’s a catch – we like to ensure everyone is fully equipped to lead with confidence. So, before taking the reins, we ask that members gain experience by serving in various positions.

Even if you’re a newcomer and have never participated in one of our retreats, there’s still plenty of ways to jump in and make a difference!
